Our training arm, Discovery Emergency Medical Academy (DEMA), is proud to have conducted First Aid Training with Redan , equipping their teams with essential life-saving skills for the workplace.

First Aid Training is particularly important in high-risk environments such as fuel stations and fuel depots, where employees may encounter risks including fuel spills, chemical exposure, fires, slips and falls, and other workplace emergencies.

With the right training, staff can respond quickly, provide immediate assistance, and help stabilise an injured or ill person while professional medical help is on the way.

Our ambulance crews are currently stationed at Mbalabala on the Beitbridge–Bulawayo Corridor, with additional teams positioned in Makuti, Hwange, Mvuma, Rutenga, Juliasdale, Bulawayo, and several other key locations across the country to enhance road safety and provide lifesaving assistance to travellers.

Today, Discovery Ambulance Services took part in the National Clean-Up Campaign, held on the first Friday of every month as part of the national effort to promote clean, safe and healthy communities.

This month’s clean up coincides with the Heroes and Defence Forces Holiday Road Safety Campaign being launched at Prevail Mart (blueridge) by the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe.

As Zimbabweans travel and gather to commemorate these important national holidays, our ambulances will be strategically stationed at accident hotspots across the country, ready to respond when needed.

The David Munowenyu Foundation, in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Foundation, is today at Tichakunda Home of the Vulnerable in Hatcliffe, Harare, commemorating Nelson Mandela Day.

Tichakunda Home, which cares for more than 100 orphaned and vulnerable children, is receiving donations from various stakeholders in support of its ongoing work.

As part of its long-term commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities, the Nelson Mandela Foundation has adopted Tichakunda Home of the Vulnerable for a three-year period, providing sustained support to enhance the well-being and future of the children under its care.

The commemoration reflects the enduring legacy of Nelson Mandela, whose life was dedicated to service, compassion, and the empowerment of disadvantaged communities.

Heading the Call!

Today, two separate Discovery Ambulance Services teams embarked on medical outreach programmes in Victoria Falls and Sakubva, Mutare.

This past weekend, our partnership with Tel·One continued to make meaningful impact in communities across Zimbabwe.

This time, we were in Sanyati, delivering a medical outreach programme at Batanai Secondary School and Kabanga Saccana Primary School.

The communities benefited from:
