PUBLIC NOTICE – FRAUDULENT STAND SALES
It has come to our attention that there are some unscrupulous elements who are operating as housing trusts mainly in Harare and purporting to have been mandated by UDCORP to sell stands on land that they claim was developed by UDCORP in and around Harare including Manyame (Breamar Farm).
The Corporation wishes to notify members of the public that it has not mandated any company, land developer, trust, agent or co-operative to sell or allocate residential stands on its behalf. Furthermore UDCORP has not developed any land or residential stands in Harare South.
UDCORP has also received information that there are unsuspecting home seekers who have been conned into making advance payments for its Manresa Flats Project. UDCORP has not appointed any agents or individuals to sell any properties on its behalf. The Corporation DISASSOCIATES itself from these fraudulent activities.
We encourage members of the public to verify any information pertaining to UDCORP projects with our Marketing Department on 0242 705090/1 or visit our Harare Head Office at 8th Floor, Trust Towers, 56 Samora Machel Avenue or our Bulawayo Office at 8th Floor Fidelity Life Centre, Corner Fife Street & 11th Avenue.
UDCORP has in the meanwhile reported these activities to the Police. We urge all members of the public who may have fallen victim to these acts report all matters relating to such fraudulent activities to their nearest Police Station.

It has come to our attention that there are some agencies and companies misrepresenting facts and purporting that they are working with UDCORP or they are in partnership with UDCORP to sell stands. These have even been issuing fake UDCORP card to unsuspecting home seekers and charging amounts ranging from $50-$500 . Please be warned UDCORP stopped issuing cards in 2017 and have not instructed anyone to issues cards on its behalf. UDCORP is not selling stands anywhere for now. Once we have started selling, we will sell direct to public ,we do not engage any third parties to sell stands on our behalf. If you were tricked into buying a UDCORP CARD in 2018/2019 that card is fake and please make a police report. We encourage members of the public to verify any information pertaining to UDCORP projects with our marketing department on 0242 705090/1 before making any payments or commitments.

Direction: From town... use Bulawayo Road till Mandy`s place take the next left turn (A N B) bricks. Proceed till railway crossing take a right footpath if yu are a pedestrian then proceed until yu get to the site office, if you are a motorist proceed to the y junction and keep right till you get to the site office . WE ALL MEET BY THE SITE OFFICE.
