As part of its 90th Anniversary celebrations, TIMB reaffirmed its commitment to transforming lives beyond to***co production through a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative at Kelstone 1 Primary School in Guruve.
TIMB donated textbooks, sanitary wear, soccer balls, volleyballs and netballs to support quality education, learner welfare and the holistic development of children in one of Zimbabwe’s key to***co-growing communities.
The textbooks will enhance literacy and academic performance, while the sanitary wear will empower girls to remain in school with dignity, confidence and uninterrupted learning. The sports equipment will encourage physical development, teamwork and healthy lifestyles.
At TIMB, we believe that children belong in classrooms and on playing fields, not in to***co fields. Through our continued efforts to eliminate child labour and promote access to quality education, we are investing in the future of to***co-growing communities.
As we celebrate 90 years of serving Zimbabwe’s to***co industry, we recognise that the industry’s success is inseparable from the well-being of the communities that sustain it. Our Corporate Social Responsibility programme reflects our unwavering commitment to building resilient, educated and prosperous communities, because sustainable to***co production begins with empowered people.
