🐥 Temperature Control for Healthy Chicks 🌡️

Maintaining the right temperature is one of the most important factors in raising strong and healthy chicks. Proper heat management helps chicks stay comfortable, active, and growing well from day one.

Here are a few key tips for effective temperature control in your broiler house:

✔️ Position brooders centrally
Place brooders in the center of the brooding area so heat spreads evenly. This allows chicks to move closer or further away from the heat source to regulate their body temperature naturally.
✔️ Monitor temperature at chick height
Always place reliable thermometers at chick level to ensure the temperature is accurate where the chicks are actually living.
✔️ Prepare backup power sources
Power failures can affect heating systems. Having a backup generator or alternative heat source ensures your chicks stay warm and protected.
