This week, we were delighted to welcome the bright young students of Seaview Academy to the Government House Museum as part of our school tours!

From the charming Children’s Room to the historic Governor’s Office, the students had a fantastic time exploring, learning, and capturing fun moments along the way. Their energy and curiosity truly brought these spaces to life.

The Government House Museum was delighted to welcome the Seaview Academy as part of our very first school tours.

Students of the Seaview Academy participated in guided tours held on Wednesday, 3rd June, 2026 and Friday, 5th June, 2026. During their visit, they explored the Government House Museum and its beautiful gardens.

The experience took students on a historical journey, highlighting the role of Government House and its Governors and Governors-General in shaping the history of Antigua and Barbuda. The tour offered an engaging and educational look into our nation’s past.

The Museum was established with a strong focus on educating our youth. Through the vision of The Rt. Hon. Sir Rodney Williams, all students are granted free access to the Museum, ensuring that our history remains accessible to the next generation.
