🏑✨ What an incredible day at Bradshaw!✨🏑

Today we were lucky enough to welcome some very special visitors to Bradshaw — Olympians and coaches Tom Wickham, Trent Mitton, Jaynaya Winmar and Gemma Simon! 🇦🇺🏑

They shared their inspiring stories and encouraged our students to follow their dreams, no matter how big or small. Their message about hard work, determination and believing in yourself was something our students will hopefully carry with them for a long time.

The Olympians and coaches got stuck into some hockey skills and drills with our Year 6 students and 5T, giving the students the opportunity to learn some new skills, practise their hockey and have plenty of fun along the way! 🏑

It was then extra special having Tom Wickham back at his old school! Tom was a Bradshaw student himself and got to catch up with his former teacher, Ms Chunys. Tom brought along some old school photos to show Ms Chunys, which brought back plenty of memories, laughs and stories about the good old days!

A big thank you to Tom, Trent, Jaynaya and Gemma for taking the time to visit Bradshaw, share your stories and inspire our students. We really appreciate you coming along, getting involved with the students and showing them a few skills and drills. 🌟

Thank you for visiting Bradshaw! 💙💛

Dream big, work hard and never give up!🏑✨
