💦 On the Learn to Swim waitlist? Here’s what happens next!
Waiting for a spot to open up? Here’s how our new waitlist system works 👇
1️⃣ A place becomes available
If a family cancels their place for the remainder of Term 4, the available spot will automatically be offered to the first family on the waitlist.
2️⃣ You’ll get a notification 📩
If you’re next in line, you’ll receive a notification letting you know a place is available.
3️⃣ You have 24 hours to secure your spot ⏰
You’ll have 24 hours to accept the place and complete payment.
4️⃣ Spot secured! 🎉
Complete your payment within 24 hours and the place is yours!
What if you don’t accept?
If you decline the place, or payment isn’t completed within 24 hours, the spot will automatically be offered to the next family on the waitlist.
📣 Good to know: Waitlist numbers are limited based on the maximum capacity of each class level.
🏊♀️ Already have a booking?
If your child already has an active Learn to Swim booking, please don’t join the waitlist for another class or time.
If you are offered a waitlist spot, it will create an additional booking rather than replace your existing one.
If you already have a booking and need to request a change, please email [email protected] rather than joining the waitlist.
Please note that, under our Terms & Conditions, existing bookings can only be cancelled during the term in certain circumstances, such as a change in circumstances or for medical reasons.
What happens if a new class is added?
If we create an additional class during Term 4, all relevant family accounts will be emailed with the opportunity to book the new class.
⚠️ Please note: New classes are not connected to the existing waitlist, so you’ll need to book the new class separately.
💦 On the waitlist? Keep an eye on your notifications so you don’t miss your opportunity!
