A great night to be had by all!

🔬🧪 𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙪𝙣!

To celebrate 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠, Blackwater State High School is excited to invite our school and wider community to our 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩!

Join us on 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝟮𝟬 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩, from 𝟱:𝟬𝟬𝙥𝙢–𝟳:𝟬𝟬𝙥𝙢 in the Science Block and Library for an evening of interactive STEM activities, hands-on science fun, and exploration for all ages.

🌭 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝘽𝘽𝙌 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙨 will be available, so bring the whole family along for a fantastic community evening.

🌟 Dorrie Day 2026! 🌟

Last Thursday, our Year 4, 5 and 6 First Nations students travelled to Gladstone to participate in Dorrie Day 2026 — an annual First Nations career, education and cultural expo. 🖤💛❤️

Students had an incredible day exploring new opportunities, celebrating culture and connecting with the wider community. We are so proud of the way our students represented Blackwater State School with such pride, respect and enthusiasm! 🙌🏾✨

A fantastic day of learning, culture and inspiration! 💫
