🙌 A massive shoutout to the Corowa CWA and the Corowa Local Health Advisory Committee
for their incredible initiative in bringing the Lend Me Your Arm Pop-Up Vaccination Clinic to life earlier this week!

As part of 2026 Men’s Health Week, this vital community event was a resounding success, resulting in 45 people getting immunised. 💉✨

This event wouldn't have been possible without a fantastic team effort:
💰 Proudly supported by the 2026 Federation Community Grants.
👩‍⚕️ A huge thank you to the Corowa Medical Clinic team for being engaged to deliver the immunisations safely and smoothly.
☕️ Everyone kept warm and caffeinated thanks to the Brocklesby-Corowa Branch NSW Farmers, who generously provided morning tea and coffee from the Bluegum Cafe! ☕️

This event perfectly showcased the versatility of our Corowa Saleyards facility! Whether you are looking to host a health clinic, a community workshop, or a local gathering, this space is available and ready for similar opportunities.

Connect with culture, creativity, and Country across Federation Council this winter. We are deeply honoured to invite kids and families to a special series of hands-on Indigenous weaving workshops led by two incredible First Nations knowledge holders:

✨ Auntie Iris Troutman – A proud Kooma, Kamilaroi, and Ngaraba woman.
✨ Auntie Desiree Walker – A proud Bangerang Elder.

🪡 Under their guidance, participants will learn traditional weaving techniques while connecting with the rich stories, history and enduring spirit of First Nations people.

This year’s National NAIDOC Week theme is “50 Years of Deadly”, marking five decades of celebrating the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Come celebrate with us!

🎒 Suitable for ages 5-15 (families and caregivers welcome!). FREE, but bookings are essential.
