On Tuesday, students from Grades 3-6 participated in the SPSSA Interschool Cross Country Carnival. There was some terrific running on display from our students and based on their efforts, Moonah Primary achieved 2nd place overall.

Well done to everyone who participated on the day and gave 110% effort, demonstrated good sportsmanship and represented Moonah Primary School with pride.

Well done🙂

In 1CD, we have been working hard on developing our handwriting skills, with a particular focus on correct letter formation. Students have been practising how to start and form letters correctly, paying close attention to size, shape, and positioning on the line. It has been wonderful to see their confidence and pride grow as they continue to improve their handwriting each day.

A reminder that this Friday is a statewide professional learning day (student free day) for all DECYP students from Kindergarten to Year 12 💜

That means… no school and the perfect excuse for a little sleep-in! 😴

And the good news doesn’t stop there, Monday is also a public holiday for the King’s Birthday 🎈

Enjoy the extra long weekend!
