💛 R U OK? Day
Sometimes a simple “Are you OK?” can open the door to a really important conversation.

Today, let’s check in with the people around us. Our friends, family, colleagues, clients and community. Take the time to listen, ask twice, and remind someone that they don’t have to face things alone.

At Assist Community Services, we believe connection, compassion and support can make a real difference. 💛

If you’re finding things difficult, reaching out is a sign of strength. There are people ready to listen and help.

R U OK? Start the conversation. Listen without judgement. Stay connected. 💛
