Chocolate Pudding Fruit Brownies! 🍫🌿

What happens when you combine chocolate pudding fruit, farm-grown macadamias and Davidson’s Plum syrup?

Brownies. And very good ones. 🤤

These rich, fudgy treats put some of Tropical Fruit World’s own produce to work, with creamy black sapote, crunchy macadamias and a splash of our beautifully tart Davidson’s Plum syrup, all grown and made right here on the farm.
A pretty delicious way to enjoy tropical fruit a little differently.

Why is this honey so irresistible? 🍯🐝

Our Farm Honey is made by some very well-fed bees. Living amongst the world’s largest tropical fruit collection, they have an incredible variety of trees and flowers to forage from, creating honey with a flavour that’s as unique as the farm itself.

And that’s what makes every batch so interesting. The colour, flavour and consistency can change depending on what the bees have been feeding on. One harvest might be light and delicate, while another is darker, richer and completely different.

If you want to taste a little bit of Tropical Fruit World in one hit, this is it.

Tropical Fruit World is opening the farm for a very special afternoon of food, nature and long-table feasting as part of Savour the Tweed.

Start with a guided walk through the farm before settling in beneath the macadamia trees for a long-table lunch prepared by Armando, our talented Tropical Fruit World chef.

His menu will bring together the best of our seasonal fruit growing right here on the farm, local Northern Rivers produce and the flavours of his Mexican heritage. 🌴🍽️

There will also be fresh fruit ice cream, a Birds of Isle bunya nut rum spiked farm juice, plus local beer and wine available to purchase.

A beautiful farm, an incredible meal and a very special way to experience the best of what the tweed has to offer.

Meet the Yellow Mangosteen. This tropical gem is famous for its bright, tangy flavour that’s often compared to lemon sorbet. It’s sweet, refreshing, and the perfect balance of citrusy zing and tropical sweetness 😋

You won’t believe the size of these avocados 🤯🥑

This year’s crop has blown us away, with our Sharwills growing to double the size we normally see.

They’re everything people love about a Sharwill avocado. Rich, creamy, buttery, and packed with flavour. Just a whole lot bigger.

After growing more than 20 avocado varieties over the last 50 years, Sharwill is still our favourite. And this season has produced some of the best fruit we’ve ever harvested.

If you’re an avocado lover, now’s the time to visit. Come see these giants for yourself, pick some up from our Fruit Shop, and experience why Sharwill is considered one of the world’s best avocados. 🥑🌴

Chocolate pudding... straight from a tree? 🍫🌴

Meet Black Sapote, better known as the Chocolate Pudding Fruit. It might not look like much on the outside, but once it’s perfectly ripe, the flesh transforms into a rich, dark, creamy texture that’s earned it its famous nickname.

It’s naturally sweet, incredibly smooth, and often enjoyed straight from the skin or blended into desserts, smoothies, and baking.
