Rodd Street Canowindra | Heavy Patching - Monday, 7 September

Cabonne Council will commence pavement rehabilitation and bitumen sealing works on Rodd Street, Canowindra, on Monday 7 September, weather permitting.

The project will involve full-width road repairs and sealing between the intersection of Belubula Way and Ferguson Street through to Charlotte Street.

To allow the works to be completed safely, Rodd Street will be closed between 6.30am and 6pm each day for the duration of the two-day project, with access restored outside these hours. Detours will be in place and motorists should expect some delays.

Residents are asked not to park on the street while works are underway. Access to residential driveways may be affected during construction; however, onsite traffic controllers will assist residents requiring access to or from their properties. A notification letter will be delivered to all impacted households prior to works commencing.

Council thanks residents and motorists for their patience and cooperation while these important road improvement works are completed.
