NGALA HOUSE – REFERRAL INFORMATION

Ngala House provides crisis accommodation and support for women and children experiencing homelessness and domestic and family violence.

SELF-REFERRALS
Women can contact Ngala House directly on (02) 6752 3499 during our business hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Our staff can provide information about the service and discuss whether Ngala House is suitable for your circumstances.

AGENCY REFERRALS
Ngala House accepts referrals from government and non-government agencies, community services and other organisations supporting women and families experiencing crisis.

Agencies wishing to make a referral are asked to complete the Ngala House Referral Form attached to this post.

All sections of the referral form must be completed to allow our staff to undertake an appropriate assessment of the referral.

JOB OPPORTUNITY - CASUAL CASE WORKER 🌟

Join the team at Moree Women's Refuge (Ngala House) as a Casual Case Worker and contribute to providing safe, compassionate and team-based care, supporting women and children experiencing domestic and family violence and homelessness.

We're seeking a compassionate and organised case worker who is committed to providing respectful, trauma-informed support. Experience in domestic and family violence, homelessness, or community services is highly regarded but not essential.

What you'll need:
- Certificate III (or higher) in Community Services or a related qualification
- Current NSW Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
