Nearly six years in his Sana Living home and still smiling.

SDA was created to give Participants choice and control… To give them the opportunity to move when things don’t feel right.

When a Participant stays in an SDA home long term, it’s more than a coincidence.

🌟 Assistive Technology is about more than clever features.

(Although it’s sometimes called ‘smart’ technology for a reason…)

Assistive Technology can provide greater independence, added safety and security and - more control over how someone interacts with their home.

Our Adelaide specialists, AEC are testing the technology they installed in our SDA home in Pooraka to ensure it’s performing for future residents to easily control.

🤔 Ceiling hoists…

We are partnering with Unicare Health Australia to bring OT’s and other allied health professionals a hands on CPD SESSION focussed on ceiling hoist prescription in SDA.

This is a topic that comes up constantly for professionals working with Participants who have complex mobility and transfer needs.
