🚒 A Huge Thank You 🚒

Our brigade would like to sincerely thank the RSL for allowing us to use their building as a structure fire training exercise tonight.

Training opportunities like this are incredibly valuable, giving our members hands on experience in a realistic environment that helps us better prepare to protect our community.

We are grateful for the support shown by the RSL and the community throughout this exercise. Opportunities like these are only possible because of local organisations willing to support their local volunteer emergency services. ❤️🔥

We are doing a structure fire training at the RSL in New Norfolk. 🔥

There will be multiple fire trucks in the vicinity with multiple fire fighters.

This is just a training and there is no cause for alarm 🚨

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

We’re all set up and buzzing 🐝🚒

Come down and see us at the Bee Festival at The Esplanade. We will 🐝 here all day with the fire truck, ready to show you around.

The crew’s working like busy little bees and the truck’s looking sharp.

Bring the kids, come say hi, and have a sticky-beak at what we do.

It’s going to bee a great day!

Turns out freezing cold, wet conditions and questionable aiming skills aren’t a winning combo for us at New Norfolk but don’t worry, while our aim might be a bit off, our firefighting skills are always on point 🔥

Huge congrats to Bridgewater for taking the title on this one. We’ll be accepting rematch requests once we recover and come up with some better shooters. 😂
