OCTEC’s Capacity Pathways Program is a free advocacy service for NDIS participants.

Participants with a current NDIS plan are assisted to identify and fill gaps in their supports through working one on one with our dedicated Capacity Pathway advocates.

Capacity Pathways has now come to a close. We extend our best wishes to all participants as they continue on their support journeys. It has been a pleasure collaborating with OCTEC Transition to Work, SpiritAbility, LikeMind Orange, Greater Quality Support Services , headspace Bathurst, headspace Orange, Wangarang, Glenray Industries, Paul Toole MP, Orange City Council - Wiradjuri Country, Steve Peterson and Orange Aboriginal Medical Service.

We had a great turnout at our 'Real Impact, Real Benefits' networking event at Café Latte last week with representatives from SpiritAbility, Orange Aboriginal Medical Service , Joss Group, Orange City Council - Wiradjuri Country and Workforce Development Coordinator from OCTEC Transition to Work Orange. It was a meaningful discussion focusing on what supports are available in the community to support employers in hiring people with disability and some practical tips to start.
