Wellington TAFE NSW has partnered with Wellington Local Aboriginal Land Council to provide an exciting opportunity for local people to gain hands-on experience in construction while supporting the revitalisation works out at Nanima.

This is a great opportunity to build practical skills, gain valuable experience and be part of an important project within our community.

Central West Regional Landcare is looking for an Aboriginal person to take on the role of Regional Aboriginal Landcare Coordinator across the Central West NSW region.

This is a really great opportunity for someone who has strong connections with Aboriginal communities and a passion for Country, culture, community and caring for our land.

The role will focus on:
🌿 Building relationships with Aboriginal communities and organisations
🌿 Supporting Landcare groups to engage with Aboriginal communities
🌿 Bringing Aboriginal cultural knowledge and practices into Landcare programs
🌿 Identifying opportunities for collaborative land management projects
🌿 Supporting culturally responsive programs
🌿 Increasing Aboriginal participation and leadership in Landcare

The Wellington Local Aboriginal Land Council and Wellington Aboriginal Co-operative Society are seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Manager to lead and support housing services that strengthen community wellbeing, culture, and housing outcomes.

✨ About the Role

- Manage tenancy agreements and rental processes
- Coordinate property inspections and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation and policies
- Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Support the delivery of safe, affordable, and culturally appropriate housing services

βœ… We're looking for someone with:

-Experience in housing, property management, community services, or a related field
-Strong communication and organisational skills
-Computer literacy and record management experience
-A current driver's licence
-An understanding of Aboriginal communities and cultural protocols (highly desirable)
