For End-of-Service Gratuity its not included in the judgement as the employer work for a year only. It is legally stipulated in accordance with Resolution No. (109) of 2023 which issued the End-of-Service Gratuity System for non-Bahrainis working in the private sector, you can visit the SIO - to obtain your rights for end-of-service gratuity from March 2024 until your last date of work.
