Ending our Toddler Story Time with a twist!
On Friday, our toddlers had a blast as they all danced, played games and even went egg hunting! We were so happy to see the little ones having a blast at the library. 🥳📚

We want to thank each and every parent, supporter and community service volunteer who made this program a true success!💚💚

We shall see the toddlers again next year. 🤩

Toddler Story Time day4️⃣

On Thursday, our little learners, engaged in learning the colors and animals. They most definitely enjoyed the story of "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see?"🐻👀
They also engaged in a color recognition worksheet. They enjoyed the dance break and for sure, the snacks too. 🍩🥤

Toddler Story Time Day 3️⃣

Reading and learning has never been so fun. On Wednesday, the curious toddlers learnt about their letters and listen to the story of Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. It was such a fun and engaging story time. 🔠
They then stuck paper trimmings onto the letter of their names.✂️🖍️
And of course, a dance session had to take place!🎼💃

Toddler Story Time Day 2️⃣!!

On Tuesday, we had so much fun with these little ones. The danced, played and colored and also listened to the story of the Ear Book. 👂🏼🎼

We all had a splendid afternoon interacting with these cuties👧🧒

Oh these cuties! Yesterday, our Toddler Story Time was in full swing. These curious children all had the Sandy Hunter Library filled with laughter and dance moves. 🥳🤍
They enjoyed listening to the story of the Rainbow Fish and even coloring their very own Rainbow Fish! 🐠🫧

We had such an amazing first day! 🫶🏼💚

And with that, our Summer Reading Intervention Program comes to an end. 🌞📚

This morning our young readers, enjoyed of a nature scavenger hunt with Ms. Suzuka Hasegawa from JICA Belize.
They then had a very fun and intense Chalupa competition. Everyone wanted to be winners.
The kids also enjoyed the classic Matilda movie! Our Sandy Hunter Library was filled with laughter, enjoyment and lots of popcorn! 🍿🙂💚

A huge thank you goes out to all the presenters, parents, students and supporters for working along side the library staff to make this program a true success. 💚💚

The Sandy Hunter Library is a place filled with books, knowledge and stories. Getting to see these young readers appreciate and nurture their love for reading has been heartwarming. 💛💚

They have been improving their reading, spelling, comprehension and even penmanship skills. ✏️
