Today, our participants celebrated completing the first module of our IM+M program, In Motion! This milestone recognizes the hard work, growth, and dedication they've put into their journey so far.

Next week, they'll take the next step as they begin Momentum, continuing to build on what they've learned and moving toward their goals.

🤝Connecting, learning & looking ahead

Our FOCUS team recently had the opportunity to attend the Serco Leadership Summit in Thunder Bay alongside colleagues from across the employment services network.

It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow leaders and colleagues, share experiences, and learn from one another as we continue working to support job seekers, employers and our communities.

We're grateful for the opportunity to come together, strengthen connections and bring new ideas back to the communities we serve.

🌲A little time to explore Thunder Bay!

While our team was in Thunder Bay for the Serco Leadership Summit, they also had the chance to take in some of the sights and history of the area.

From visiting the Terry Fox Memorial, exploring Fort William Historical Park, and taking in the views of the Sleeping Giant, our team got to experience a little of what makes Northwestern Ontario so special. 💙

A great opportunity to learn, connect, and enjoy some time together outside of the summit!
