💛 YOUTH HOMELESSNESS IS HAPPENING HERE — IN OUR COMMUNITY. 💛
Right now, young people in South Georgian Bay are facing homelessness, unsafe housing, couch surfing, hunger, family conflict, and uncertainty about where they will sleep tonight.
That’s why the Orange Door Project matters.
From May 12 to June 14, 2026, The Orange Door Project campaign returns to the Collingwood Home Depot store in support of HOME HORIZON and youth at risk of or experiencing homelessness right here in our community.
The Orange Door Project is part of The Home Depot Canada Foundation’s mission to help prevent and end youth homelessness across Canada — and when you donate locally, your dollars stay LOCAL.
Every donation helps provide:
🏠 Safe and stable housing
🧡 Outreach and crisis support
🍎 Food security and essential needs
📚 Life skills and employment readiness
🤝 Caring adults and wrap-around supports
✨ Hope for a better future
📣 MARK YOUR CALENDARS — MAY 23, 2026!
On this special matching day, ALL donations made in-store and online will be MATCHED by The Home Depot Canada Foundation, doubling your impact for local youth.
At HOME HORIZON Together, as a community, we can break the cycle of youth homelessness with hope, safety, and growth.
📍Donate in-store at the Collingwood Home Depot or online during the Orange Door Project campaign: May 12 – June 14, 2026.
Because no young person should face homelessness alone.
