Read-to-Me is a free early childhood literacy program for children aged 2-5 years old, along with their caregiver. The sessions include reading, a craft, a snack, and free play time. Sessions are free of charge and provided by the Community Adult Learning Centre and the Flin Flon Public Library.

- Electronic Draw; performed by a Certified Random Number Generator.
- The winner receives 50% of total ticket sales.
- The winning ticket number and winner’s name will be posted online at the raffle website following the draw.
- Must be a resident of Manitoba, or physically located in Manitoba, to purchase tickets
- Must be 18 years of age, or older, to enter the raffle
- Winners will be contacted via email and phone call within 7 days, with follow-up emails and calls for three subsequent days if there is no response.
- Prizes must be claimed at the Flin Flon Public Library within 30 days of the draw. -- If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of the draw, the Flin Flon Public Library will retain ownership of the prize.
- Raffle Administrators, Flin Flon Public Library staff, and members of the Flin Flon Public Library Board are not eligible to win prizes.
- Winners must provide first name, last name and mailing address upon claiming prize.
- Photo identification is required to claim a prize.

Just in case you didn’t know, the city transit bus stop has been permanently moved from the post office to the front of the library 🚍

EFFECTIVE MONDAY, OCTOBER 5Th, 2026

Following the recent bylaw change, the Main Street City Transit pickup location has been relocated from in front of the Post Office to the area in front of the Public Library.

New transit signs have been installed, and public transit service will now stop at the Public Library location.

The curbs will be painted and clearly marked shortly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this transition.
