Earlier this week, FNFN Chief and Council, the Chalo Independent School Society, and representatives from School District 81 came together to sign the Local Education Agreement.
Collaboration like this is what it’s all about—working together with our students, their education, and their futures at the heart of our shared efforts.
We look forward to continuing this work together and building a bright future for our students and youth.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Orange Shirt Day events and to those who came out and joined our community in honouring the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30, 2026.

We enjoyed sharing good food, spending time together, and seeing all of our members who participated in our online photo contest, wearing their best orange and/or spending meaningful time together as a family.

Most of all we thank YOU for coming together as a community to remember, reflect, and honor this important day. 🧡
