She has lived it, from ten years in senior leadership at a large multinational, to launching her own consulting firm, to co-founding a custom manufacturing company that she grew into global markets across North America, South America, China, Japan, Morocco, and Sweden before selling it in 2019.

Today, Judith brings that depth of experience to the founders and scale-ups she works with through Launch Lab. Her expertise in financial modelling, KPI development, and process management gives early-stage businesses the kind of rigour that turns a good idea into a fundable, scalable company.

There is a version of entrepreneurship that glorifies the grind- the late nights, the packed calendars, the never stopping. We have seen enough founders burn out to know that is not a strategy. It is a risk.

The best ideas we have heard at Launch Lab did not come from exhausted people pushing through. They came from founders who gave themselves permission to step away, think clearly, and come back with fresh eyes.

Rest is not a reward for finishing. It is part of how the work gets done well.
