Every day, our Early Learning and Child Development team works alongside educators and families to build more inclusive child care spaces throughout Waterloo Region, helping children develop confidence while giving families the support they need.

Today, we traded work mode for island mode. 🌴 Happy Staff Appreciation Day, Team KW Habilitation!

It happens to be Developmental Services Professional Appreciation Week, but today is also Staff Appreciation Day at KW Habilitation, and this celebration is for every person who helps make our work possible.

Our team includes DSPs and DSWs, Complex Care Professionals, Resource Consultants, our ICDP team, Administrative Professionals, Leadership, IT Supports, Clinical Services, Farmers, Community Participation and Employment Supports teams, Maintenance, and so many people working together across KW Habilitation.

Our roles may look very different, but we share something important: a commitment to creating a community where everyone belongs and meaningfully contributes.
