✨ Last but definitely not least, the DSPs of NSN’s Supported Independent Living Program! 💙

The pros at promoting independence, solving life’s little emergencies, giving top-tier pep talks, and somehow knowing exactly which grocery item got forgotten. 😂🛒

Our SILP staff help make independent living feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more empowering. Their support, patience, and dedication make a difference every single day.

Saving one of the best for last this Direct Support Professional Recognition Week 2026. Thank you to our incredible SILP DSPs! ✨

🏠💙 Shoutout to the DSPs of NSN’s Ty’s House Group Home!

They are the true masters of patience, teamwork, and finding things that were “literally just here a second ago." 😂

For Direct Support Professional Recognition Week 2026, we’re also celebrating the amazing people who turn everyday moments into meaningful ones. Whether it’s offering support, sharing laughs, encouraging independence, or simply being there when it matters most, our Ty's House DSPs bring heart into everything they do. ✨

They’re the calm during chaos, the biggest cheerleaders in the room, and the reason Ty’s House feels like home. 🏡

Thank you for showing up every day with compassion, dedication, and enough energy to survive back-to-back questions, snack requests, and spontaneous dance parties. 😄💃
