A big thank you to Leduc Fire & EMS! 🚒❤️

We were so pleased to have members of Leduc Fire & EMS join us at our Linsford Picnic in the Park last month.

The fire trucks were a huge hit; tenants and families loved the opportunity to visit with our local first responders, explore the equipment and have a little fun together.

Thank you to Leduc Fire & EMS for taking the time to be part of our afternoon and for everything you do to serve our community. We truly appreciate you!

On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we remember the children who never returned home and honour residential school Survivors, their families and communities.

We recognize the lasting impacts of residential schools and the strength and resilience of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

Reconciliation is an ongoing responsibility. We encourage everyone to listen to Indigenous voices, learn about our shared history and help build respectful relationships within our communities.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Margot Hagarty, our recently retired Executive Director, as the recipient of the 2025 Mayor’s Special Award — one of the City of Leduc’s highest honours.

During her six years with Leduc Regional Housing Foundation (LRHF), Margot led with compassion, vision and a deep commitment to the people we serve. Her leadership helped advance affordable housing, strengthen partnerships across our region and bring important projects like Gaetz Landing II and the Fundraising Breakfast to life.

Margot has left an incredibly lasting mark on LRHF and on housing in our community, and we couldn’t be happier to see her contributions recognized in such a meaningful way.

Congratulations, Margot — so very well deserved!
