Join us for our next Lumby Life Skills Workshop: Breathe Well with Chris Bauman!

Happening on Thursday, October 29th from 6-8 PM, this workshop will take place right here at the co-op in our meeting room.

Breathe Well is for anyone who wants to explore their breath. Learn what healthy breathing looks like and see the results of making small changes immediately and how long-term change can improve asthma, allergies, snoring, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and anxiety.

Cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Stop by the co-op to sign up before Thursday!
