Our “Dive In - Mermaid” 🧜‍♀️ book boxes are ready for pickup! You can pickup this afternoon, Tuesday, Aug 18, from 1-3 or Thursday, Aug 20 from 9-12:30 or 6-7:30!

Our desk goose, Paige Turner, has been busy this past week preparing personalized mermaid tail lollipops for our boxes this week! 🍭 They turned out so cute ☺️

We had 19 families and 31 kids participating this week!

This is the last box for our Summer Reading Program 📚

Our theme is “Dive In - Mermaids 🧜‍♀️”.
If you’re registered for the program and would like your box refilled, please let us know today. We will only prepare boxes for those we hear from today. The boxes will be ready for pickup next week on Wednesday (Aug 19 from 9-12 & 1-3) or Thursday (Aug 20 from 9-12:30 & 6-7:30)!

Please remember, in order to receive your box, last weeks box AND books MUST be returned to be refilled!

We are planning a closing party during the week of September 1-3! Details to follow. Hope you all had a good summer of reading 📖

Thank you to the families who participated in the Seaside Scavenger Hunt! It was a terrible week of weather. We had 3 families submit entries. The winner of the bucket of goodies is . . . Paisley! ☺️

We also have a little treat for the other participants as well. Peyton, Sarah, Teagan, and Tatum. You each get a “Treasures, Shells, and Precious Things” bag which was donated by a patron and a candy treat from the library ☺️

It’s Wednesday! We have been very busy this week getting ready for our kids and adult summer reading boxes 😊

Both are ready for pickup starting today, Wednesday, Aug 5 from 1-3 pm and tomorrow, Thursday, Aug 6 from 9-12:30 and 6-7:30! Remember . . . both groups need to return books in order to get your new ones 📚

We had 31 kids with 18 families participating in our kids program this week and 19 adults participating in our adult program! Awesome 👏

We put a lot of time, love, and care into our programming here in Lumsden 📚❤️

If you’re registered for the program and would like your box refilled this week, please let us know today. We will only prepare boxes for those we hear from today. The boxes will be ready for pickup on Thursday, Aug 6 from 9-12:30 and 6:00-7:30!
