Are you ready for Multilicious 2026?!
The 4th Annual Multilicious event returns June 1st – July 31st!
This year, we’re excited to extend the celebration to two full months of amazing local flavours.
How it works:
Pick up your Multilicious Food Passport from the Pembroke Public Library (available starting May 25th), then visit participating restaurants to enjoy exclusive Multilicious specials and discounts.
Multilicious, launched in 2023 as a prelude to the Multicultural Festival, is more than just a food event—it’s a celebration of culture, community, and local business. It helps bring people together while supporting the economic growth of our town. This culinary event was also presented the Minister's Award for Innovation in 2024.

We are starting with The Farmer's at Zaytouna Restaurant.
The Farmer's is a dish inspired by the warmth and hospitality of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern culinary traditions. The grilled chicken breasts are marinated in a homemade saffran sauce, and prepared with simple, time-honoured techniques that emphasize clean flavours and tender, flame-kissed texture.
It’s served alongside a fragrant rice seasoned with aromatics and spices to create depth without heaviness. Paired with vegetables, the dish is finished with the saffron sauce, a nod to one of the world’s most prized spices, long associated with celebratory and ceremonial cooking for its delicate aroma, golden hue, and subtle floral warmth.
Together, the components create a meal that feels both comforting and culturally rooted.

The group has gotten bigger and it’s heartwarming to see new friendships forged over the past 3 years.
We get together every 3rd Wednesday of the month for a sing-along.
