Thank you, Uncle Awful, for creating this hauntingly delicious hot sauce in honour of Agnes, the Keyhole House ghost.

Introducing Agnes’s Apparition—our hauntingly delicious new cocktail of choice.

Created in honour of Agnes Lamb, the Keyhole House’s resident ghost, it is fruity, refreshing and finished with just a touch of heat.

Agnes’s Apparition
• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz blueberry syrup
• Tonic water
• A squeeze of fresh lemon
• Two or three drops of Tears of Agnes hot sauce
• A few fresh blueberries

Pour over ice, stir gently and enjoy—if you dare.

Meet Agnes—our resident ghost and one of the stars of Outerbridge Magic: Mysteries of the Keyhole House. Now, she has her own hot sauce.

Tears of Agnes is an enchanting concoction of blueberry, lychee, gin, and blazing-hot peppers—brewed to deliver two parts flavour and one part heat.
Splash it on bacon, lemon squares, crackers and cheese—or just about anything that could use a few tears.

Feeling adventurous? Add a few drops to a gin and tonic with a splash of blueberry syrup and transform it into a hauntingly delicious cocktail known as Agnes’s Apparition.

Find Tears of Agnes at every Saturday performance of Outerbridge Magic: Mysteries of the Keyhole House at The Pews in Merrickville until Labour Day.
