Our Jr students recently had the exciting opportunity to participate in a Cricket Day, where they were introduced to the sport and enjoyed a fun-filled day of learning and play. For every one of our students, this was their very first time playing cricket, and they embraced the experience with enthusiasm, curiosity and great sportsmanship. It was wonderful to see them developing new skills, building confidence, and most importantly, having so much fun!

A special THANK YOU goes out to Matt Cootes for making this incredible opportunity possible.
Our Eagles are also very grateful to our parent volunteer who braved the bus ride with us and made it possible for us to attend the event.

Finally, thank you to Algonquin PS for playing alongside us and for their patience, encouragement, and kindness as we continue to learn all about the game of cricket. We truly appreciate the experience and look forward to future opportunities to play and grow in the sport!

Our Lost & Found is once again overflowing with unclaimed items.
If your child is missing any belongings, please encourage them to check the Lost & Found to retrieve their items by end of day on Thursday, June 11th.
Any items remaining unclaimed will be donated on Friday, June 12th.

Our Intermediate Boys Slo-Pitch team hit it out of the park at the Lasalle tournament on Wednesday!
Along with skill and talent, the boys put on a great display of teamwork, sportsmanship, and hard work.

Congratulations to our Intermediate Girls Softball Team on winning 🥈silver at the Lasalle Intermidiate Slow-Pitch Tournament at Terry Fox! 🥎💙The girls showed determination, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship throughout the day. They supported one another, learned from every game, and played with heart from beginning to end. Miss Riou is incredibly proud of this amazing group and can’t wait for the next tournament! 😁

What a day for both Valleyview soccer teams! After some hard-fought battles in the semifinals, both teams brought home the bronze medal after playing some fantastic soccer. Mme Moss is extremely proud of all the students who took part on both teams. They showed so much perseverance, teamwork, and determination throughout the tournament. It was truly a pleasure coaching such an amazing group of kids. Way to go, Eagles! 🦅⚽️🥅
