📱 Smartphone and computer help has unfortunately been cancelled, but rain or shine, the rest of Thursday evening’s events are still on! 🌧️

Join us tonight at the Whycocomagh Public Library and Waterfront Centre for salsa dancing from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by an evening of food, culture, and conversation from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

💃 Please note: Due to the rainy weather, salsa dancing will take place indoors in the Waterfront Centre’s hall.

The Whycocomagh Public Library is currently offering reduced circulation services (borrowing of materials). We are working to restore full services as soon as possible. ECRL staff will be onsite to provide circulation services from 10am-5:30pm on the following dates only:

The Whycocomagh Public Library is happy to help host, along with the Whycocomagh Waterfront Centre, a couple of events next Thursay night!

❓What is on the go Thursday, October 15th?

📱Mastering Your Smartphone and Computer: Drop-in and bring your smartphone, laptop, ipad, and more to have some questions you have been meaning to ask answered, and learn more about navigating your device, scam and phishing awareness, how to use social media, and more!

This event will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Whycocomagh Public Library. Coffee and tea will also be provided.

💃 Learn to Salsa* (Registration Required): Learn to Salsa, for beginers or professonals, on the boardwalk just outside the Whycocomagh Public Library!

This event will take place between 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. outside, on the boardwalk, if weather permits, around the back of the Waterfront Centre. If weather is not favorable the event will be moved inside, and held in the Waterfront Centre's hall. Food and drinks will also be provided.

🍲 Join us for an evening of food, community, and conversations!
Newcomers will share stories about the vegetables, herbs, and spices that hold special meaning in their cultures. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate local diversity together.

This event will be held between 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Waterfront Centre's hall. Food and drinks will also be provided.
