This video comes to us all the way from Australia, sent by our distributor Nik Kocoper, and features the DES 1 L Souvenir Still, made in a traditional style for everyone who wants to keep a small piece of distillation heritage close by.

It makes a distinctive gift for distillation enthusiasts, distilleries and business partners, or simply a decorative piece with a story behind it. For an even more personal touch, the wooden base can be engraved with a name, distillery or company logo.

Every weld carries our signature.

These photographs from our production facility capture one of our colleagues during one of the most important stages in the manufacturing of a DES still.

Welding does much more than join individual components. Every carefully executed weld contributes to the strength of the construction, a secure seal, safe operation and long lasting reliability.

There is no room for approximation. This work requires extensive knowledge of materials, a steady hand and complete attention to even the smallest detail. That is why we place our trust in experienced craftsmen whose skill transforms carefully prepared components into equipment built for years of demanding work.

Some photographs tell a story far greater than a single captured moment. ❤️

This wonderful photo, shared with us by our customer Predrag Ugren, shows his two sons beside a traditional 35 litre DES still, while the distillation process is underway.

It is truly special to see the tradition of distilling rakija being passed on to the next generation, especially around a DES still. Moments like these preserve knowledge, patience, family customs and respect for the craft.

From installation to a new chapter in production. 🇮🇹

Our team has successfully installed a DES 2000 L Premium Column Still with Aroma Max and Bubble Plate columns in an Italian distillery.

Built for professional producers and larger production volumes, this configuration offers exceptional flexibility in the distillation process. The Bubble Plate column helps create a milder and smoother distillate, while the Aroma Max column is designed to enhance aroma intensity and preserve the character of the raw material.

With the possibility of distilling in 8 different configurations, a bypass system, an 80 L aroma basket and an integrated CIP cleaning system, this still gives the distiller the freedom to adapt the process to different products, recipes and desired spirit profiles.

A powerful 2000 L system, built for producers who want capacity without sacrificing control over the final result.
