GIVING BLOOD SAVES LIVES! ❤️🩸
We want to extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and came out to donate blood this Monday and Tuesday! 🙌

🌟 We also want to give a special shout-out to three of our newest Red Cross volunteers — Diyah, Richard, and Deidre! They jumped right in to help keep the blood drive running smoothly, welcoming and checking in donors, supporting them throughout the process, and making sure everyone was well cared for after their donation. We are so excited to have them as part of our Red Cross team!

Last Friday, our American Red Cross team had the opportunity to lead the 16TH Sustainment Brigade P3T (Army Pregnancy Postpartum Physical Training) Soldiers through a Mindful Movement workshop! ❤️

Together, we slowed things down, stretched it out, and focused on simple techniques that support mindfulness, stress management, breathing, movement, and overall resiliency. 💪🌿

🌟 And a HUGE shout-out to one of our newer Red Cross volunteers, Kiana! Not only did she wake up bright and early to join us, but she jumped right in and helped lead the class by demonstrating stretches and other Mindful Movement techniques alongside our team. We love seeing our volunteers get involved and bring their own energy to our programs! ❤️

🎒🍎 BACK TO SCHOOL, BAUMHOLDER! 🍎🎒

A huge THANK YOU to the 16th Sustainment Brigade for inviting the American Red Cross to be part of their Back to School Bash! 🎉❤️

The Baumholder community kicked off the new school year with great food, family fun, and plenty of community spirit at the Baumholder Main Exchange! We loved getting to meet so many families, say hello to familiar faces, and help celebrate the start of another great school year. ✏️📚

And of course, we couldn’t show up empty-handed! 😉 Our team handed out special “Be Red Cross Ready” Grab & Go First Aid Kits to help families start the school year a little more prepared. 🩹⛑️
