Yearbook Update:
Many people have reached out regarding the yearbooks. Due to circumstances beyond our control regarding shipping delays, the yearbooks have not yet arrived to HMHS. However, they are in Germany and we are expecting them any day now.
Once delivered, yearbooks will be given to the students who have ordered them. If your student is absent or misses the delivery, they will be available for pick up in the front office through the summer.
If you are PCS'ing and you would like us to mail your yearbook, please ensure you've provided a valid forwarding address to the front office.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate the uncertainties that come with customs and international shipping.

UPDATE: There has been a slight adjustment to the time for the 8th Grade Bridging Ceremony. The ceremony will now begin at 1000, not at 0930 as was previously communicated. We apologize for the change.
We will see you there!

From the desk of Mr. Renninger:

Hello 8th grade Parents,

This Wednesday at 0930, we (with the help of our amazing PTO) will have our annual bridging celebration in the gymnasium for our 8th graders. This will include awards from teachers, tiger awards, presidential awards and more. We will finalize the morning by giving a bridging certificate to all our 8th graders. We would love to see you there.

HMHS Families: This Friday is Field Day at the middle/high school. Here is some important information regarding Field Day:
1. The students will arrive to and dismiss from school at normal times. It will not impact bus services.
2. Lunch will be provided, free of charge. Students will be able to choose from a hot dog, hamburger, or deli sandwich. All students will receive a bag of chips and a water. Lunch will NOT be available to purchase in the cafeteria. If your student wants alternative food (or more food) they will need to bring their own packed lunch. Students will NOT have access to a microwave for lunch on Friday.
3. It is going to be hot on Friday. Please send your student with a water bottle! It is important for students to stay hydrated. We are working on getting some sprinklers up on the field for students who would like to run through the water to cool down.
4. It is highly recommended that you send them with sunscreen or sun protection. They will be allowed to wear hats, but their face must remain uncovered. We cannot provide sunscreen through the school. A consent form will be emailed to all parents should they choose to send their student with sunscreen.
5. Staff and students will be outside from 11:15-2:30. There will be support in the front office should you need to contact the school.

Mr. Renninger will be sending out an email with more information.
