A DAY IN THE WOODS
a free day retreat for men, hosted at Bin View Retreats Scott Duncan
In honesty, most of us are carrying more than we let on - holding it together for work, for family, for everyone else
Rarely do we get a full day to just be - together in connection, together in nature, together in brotherhood
MEN - this is that day!!
🌲connection & meditation amongst the trees - grounding into the land before we move into the body
🔥sauna, ice bath, hot tub and cold immersion - heat and cold, breath and nerve, moving that stagnation
🤝food, fire and honest conversation - closing with a grounding meditation to integrate before we head home
This day has been gifted to the group by one of our own brothers Scott, who is opening his woodland space near Portsoy to us - that generosity sets the tone for the whole day
