We're looking for warm, genuine, caring people across Wiltshire, Somerset, Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire who want to do work that truly matters and get paid well for it.

What does a Helper actually do?

You might take someone to their favourite café for a slice of cake and a good chat. Walk along the seafront with someone who hasn't been in months. Sit beside someone at the theatre who didn't want to go alone. Help someone get their garden looking lovely again. Or simply be there, a friendly face, a kind presence for someone whose family lives far away.

It's not care work. It's companionship. And it changes lives.

What you'll earn:
💰 £15–£21 per hour depending on the service
🚗 Mileage reimbursed at £0.25/mile
⏰ You choose your own hours and work locally
💳 Paid directly to your bank after 3 working days

What you'll need:
✅ DBS check
✅ Two references
✅ Public liability insurance (£60–£120/year)
✅ First Aid certificate
🚗 Business use car insurance (Class 2) if you drive clients, usually just a simple add-on to your existing policy

Getting older doesn't mean facing the day alone. HapyNow connects older adults with kind, reliable helpers in their community, not for personal care, but for the things that make life feel good again.
Things like:

- Lifts to appointments or to visit friends and family
