☔ COMMUNITY PICNIC UPDATE ☔

Unfortunately, due to the weather forecast, we’ve made the decision to cancel the Community Picnic on the playing field this Bank Holiday Monday.

We’re really disappointed as we were looking forward to a lovely afternoon together, but we don’t want people sitting out in the rain with soggy sandwiches!

Bring some food, a blanket and maybe a rounders set

Bar open 1pm–4pm 🍻

Happy Easter to all our followers 🐣

And a big thank you to those who came along and partied with us yesterday, it was a lovely turn out. With extra thanks to our wonderful entertainer and our volunteers!

We’re really disappointed to see one of our signs at the community centre damaged, alongside recent issues with people interfering with the new electric doors and being disrespectful to hirers using the library space.

Capel Community Trust works hard to provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone, so it’s upsetting to see behaviour like this.

We will be reporting these incidents to our local Community Policing Officer and CCTV will be reviewed. If anyone has any information, please contact us privately.

Please help us look after our community centre.
