Bar Design and Build Interbar was established in 1986 by Billy Pither and Philip Bouscarle. From Shetland to Istanbul.

It was the first company in the UK to focus solely on bar design, particularly the internal, working side of the bar. Introducing stainless steel underbar equipment to this country, it rapidly became the leading in the leisure and hospitality industry for bar installations. Since those early years working with Mecca, Rank, Luminar, TGIs, Hard Rock and many others the company has expanded to now of

fer a complete design and build operation incorporating every aspect of the bar and its associated areas. In 2005 Philip retired from the company and Billy became sole shareholder and managing director. The company moved premises in 2007 and is now based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, where it has an extensive design studio and workshops. Even at the end of the 80s, the directors realised the need to use electronic drawings and commissioned the first Autocad bar design programme, Today all of its designers have degrees and also work with SketchUp, Adobe CS and 3D StudioMax to produce the most advanced CGIs in the industry. Because Interbar focuses on all aspects of bar design and build, its detailed working drawings ensure that the client and contractor receive exactly what has been proposed, with every component suiting perfectly with every other. Perfect bars from an operational perspective combined with aesthetic excellence by one supplier. Interbar has remained as market leader in bar design and build industry for a quarter of a century. Its clients include Caprice Holdings, Soho House, De Vere hotels, Malmaison and Hotel du Vin hotels, Searcys Champagne Bars, Candy & Candy, Goodwood, Ministry of Sound, Canteloupe Group and many others. It has built bars in private homes, on luxury yachts, in an Airstream and in the House of Lords. Interbar uses only natural, sustainable and recyclable materials wherever possible and aims to minimise its carbon footprint and ecological impact as much as is practical. It is our mission to provide our clients with the highest level of quality and service in a friendly and professional manner.

Featuring verdigris copper panelling and carefully considered metalwork, this bespoke bar was crafted to sit comfortably within the historic fabric of Cripps Barn.

The material palette draws inspiration from the raw natural textures of the 18th-century castellated folly, nestled within the prestigious Cirencester Park estate. A balance of weathered stone, aged copper and contemporary craftsmanship creates a space that feels both rooted in history and distinctly modern.
