🎉🎉🎉🎉The secret is OUT!!! We are extremely overwhelmed about this news… it’s amazing for a local family charity to be picked out , selected and awarded from the local government direct…

FACT have been awarded an outstanding amount of funding from GCVS, Whole Family Support Fund..

This will provide support to develop FACT’s youth services within Auchinairn and develop and expand on all our ASN programmes within Auchinairn & East Dunbartonshire, to support and improve these needed services and all activities/sessions are inclusive.

FACT are definitely is growing strength to strength in 13years and being noticed and awarded for all the fantastic work their provide with the community and people that benefits from all their hard work and dedication to develop a stronger brighter community….

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUPPORTING - FACT GROUP , and let’s keep our voices be heard and keeping our community together….

FACT are delighted in introducing on Sunday 13th September ….

🩵💖NEW ASN SUNDAY SESSIONS 💛💜💚

to Auchinairn community with our outstanding coach Jennifer, whom has years of experience and much more to offer with this fantastic programme.

It’s been a long time coming as we have waited a while to get this right, as it’s such a demand within East Dunbartonshire areas, we have managed to reserve a suitable venue, day and will trial a few times to test what works best for our families…

⭐️ASN sessions will involve..
-breath work
-massage
-yoga
-free dance movement
-sensory play
-relax

This is a very relaxed session and remember to do at your own pace to feel confident and comfortable. This is your safe space..

Every child must be accompanied by an adult 1 -2 -1 ratio for this session. If you have other requirements, please message privately or email [email protected]

Please wear loose clothing as the venue can get warm at times, please bring a drink if required.

Well Well after an amazing 3 years of expanding our community facilities and services for Auchinairn Community and surrounding areas within east Dunbartonshire, benefiting over 200 weekly, coming through our doors to enjoy.

From babies to Adults have enjoyed all these free services/activities , which is what you call a community , and has became everyone’s safe space.

It’s came to an end as East Dunbartonshire Council have decided to remove these areas from group users to NOW make it a chargeable space! ( charge groups for hire whom are providing FREE services to their community) ?

This space has lay empty for 4 out of 5 years before it was taken over by a community user group for a further 3 years which was made into great use, accommodated so many different age groups, from babies, families, adults & youth, something that East Dunbartonshire council DO NOT ACCOMMODATE or provide any services within Auchinairn in the scale our group users do so, SO now by charging ridiculous rates to hire for an open space, this is what this space looks like to date.

Very sad 😢 place now for Auchinairn Community …… empty since June , nothing been provided for the kids this summer? Nothing going on left an empty shell…🙈

FACT GROUP COMMUNITY CHARITY, are looking for donations for their community WINTER COAT BANK helping the community.

If you are doing a clear out this year, please think about donating any kids/adults coats/jackets/scarfs/hat/gloves & winter 🥾 boots.

PLEASE wash/dry before handing in as we don’t have these facilities and also make sure these items can be passed on to help others. 👍
