Good morning lovelies Taking a break can be good apparently, boredom sparks creativity.
This wee selection of lavender pillows and quilted zipper pouches are reduced to clear. At least I can maybe make some room for the wave of ideas I’m just about to have.
Down to £30 plus postage. Can I tempt anyone? ###

Oh my goodness look what has arrived today. Perfectly timed to give me something to look forward to once my arm is mended. It is gorgeous, lovely and light, carefree and pretty. The perfect antidote to the news. A little out of my normal taste but I love it. I am thinking of a double Irish chain or log cabin or postage stamp or maybe a grandmothers flower garden which I could start as my fingers although stiff and sore are working so I can do some hand stitching. What would you choose do you have any other suggestions?
P.s thank you all so much for your lovely comments I was quite overwhelmed so took the post down. You are all so so lovely and I am so thankful.

When I am designing sometimes I just have to go with what’s in my heart. My patchwork lavender pillows are one of those times. I know they take hours to make, are costly with fabric and thread choices and I know not everyone is a fan but I don’t want to become a production line style set up churning out items dependant on what’s paying. I loose something of myself when I work like that. My passion dilutes and I don’t want to make anymore. So I have another batch on the go. Maybe by the end of the week my brain will return and I will be making something else everyone will like. Humour me till the please xx.

Oh my it’s hot . Too hot I’m trying to keep busy with indoor jobs and then dashing out and doing some outside work. Drinking loads and sweating more. But look at the pretties I have made they really make my heart sing. Each one full of originality, time and function. Every little piece of fabric carefully chosen and then married with another. Give me a shout if any catch your eye. I appreciate you all so much for your continued support and presence. Have a lovely evening xx

Good morning everyone I hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunshine. I have an exciting day of making ahead. Included on my list is is replenishing my stock of hexagon patchwork and hand quilted lavender pillows. They have made a bit of a slow start but ever the optimist I am making more I think they are so unique and lovely. What you all up to today?
