For most Reservists, the commitment is 27 days a year—typically one training evening a week, a monthly training weekend and a two-week annual exercise.

🚑 More than first aid. Be the difference when it matters most.

Combat Medical Technicians (CMTs) are a vital part of 156 Regiment RLC, providing medical care to soldiers on exercise, during training and on operations.

As a CMT, you’ll learn lifesaving skills, develop clinical knowledge and train to assess, treat and care for casualties in challenging environments. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, ensuring soldiers remain fit to fight and receive the care they need when it matters most.

Whether supporting training in the UK, Adventure Training or overseas deployments, CMTs play a critical role in protecting the Regiment’s greatest asset—its people.
