The Crystal Palace Community Trust is a charity delivering affordable services to those who live and work around Crystal Palace. Anerley Town Hall is run by Crystal Palace Community Trust (CPCT). CPCT provides a range of accessible, affordable services which benefit the local Community; support economic and social well-being and contribute to the overall regeneration of local neighbourhoods. Anerley Town Hall is located opposite Anerley National Rail station with links to London and Croydon and has a good bus service from Bromley, Croydon, Norwood and Crystal Palace. It is a locally listed Victorian building with character and charm. Its location and facilities make it an ideal venue for wedding receptions, parties, dances, clubs, meetings and conferences.

An afternoon to hear more about accessing your GP records and hospital appointments online and, importantly, an opportunity to get individual help and support to help you

✅ Registering for an account (if you have the right information)
✅ Troubleshooting technical issues with the NHS App or MyChart

If we cant you on the day there will be an opportunity to book a session at one of our local digital drop ins.

Today we say goodbye to a much-loved member of the Anerley Town Hall team as Joy Hannon begins her well-earned retirement.

As Business Centre Manager, Joy has been at the heart of Anerley Town Hall for many years, supporting tenants, welcoming visitors, and helping the building thrive as a hub for local businesses and the community.

Reflecting on Joy's contribution, CPCT CEO Ben Harding said:

"Joy's warm smile has been one of the first things people see when they walk through our doors. She has always made everyone feel welcome and has played an important role in helping Anerley Town Hall. Her kindness, dedication and commitment will be greatly missed, and we wish her every happiness in her retirement."

Thank you, Joy, for everything you have given to the Trust, our tenants and the wider community. We hope this next chapter brings you as much joy as you've brought to others.
