Wednesday 13th May 2026

Morning session (10am–1pm) at Edmonton Leisure Centre:

-Gentle mobility taster sessions
-Gym inductions (running throughout)
-Information and community stalls
-Free swimming (bookable on the day)
-Health checks
-Free drinks and healthy snacks

Afternoon session (1pm–4pm) is being held at Mind in Enfield and Barnet.

Session will take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm – 7pm.

A great way for juniors to get active, build confidence, and make new friends in a supportive environment!

Please note: All juniors must be accompanied by an adult during this session.

Our Adult 1:1 sessions have now launched on Tuesdays at 6:15pm

If demand continues, we’ll be adding an additional session at 6:45pm so register your interest now!
