A little time for yourself, a good stretch, a good shake, and the kind of company that makes the whole thing feel less like a workout and more like a reset.

We had such a brilliant time at our last reformer Pilates session, and the next course is now open.

After a really tough first few weeks postpartum, I wanted more than anything to make Alma’s third birthday feel special💛

I put a call out on Instagram asking whether any local businesses could help me pull together a party for a three-year-old, and I received the loveliest message from Lara at Lara Hardwick

Lara is a wonderful wedding and events planner who very generously offered to take the whole thing off my hands. She found us the perfect venue, and somehow co-ordinated everything in just seven days.

If ever there was a local business I wanted to recommend it would be this one 🩷
