We care for carers. In partnership with Carers UK we are supporting Carers Active Together Day on April 15th by providing a free day pass for swimming, gym, or fitness classes to Carers.

Throughout April we have a subsidised monthly membership available for Carers to sign-up to.

Get fit, lose weight and feel good with our improved Weight Loss with Better programme.

Our weight loss plan combines weight management workshops, nutritional advice and physical activity alongside behaviour change techniques taught by our dedicated team of Health coaches.

Thank you to a partnership between Kefir and 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤 we were able to give away lots of free Rubie Raspberry Biotiful gut health yogurts from Kefir.
