We are offering a free circuit / strength & conditioning master class
These classes will be running all year round, in all weather with our own managers Lukas & Kai teaching & leading you into & through your fitness journey.
You can book via the app to reserve your free place.
It’s the best session to keep yourself, fit and outdoors during these chillier seasons.

Tomorrow seems to be our last day of full on sunshine and heat for a long while 😞
So come and enjoy your last summer swim ! we have swim for all 9am-5pm & men’s only 8pm-9pm. Fitness swimming all day everyday :)
