This week, Victoria Baths fills with 200+ makers 🎨

Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair takes over the building this Thursday to Sunday. One of the UK’s most celebrated craft fairs, in one of the UK’s most beautiful buildings.

🗓 Thursday 15th October: Preview Evening 6-9pm, £18 (priority access + complimentary w**e)
🗓 Friday 16th: 10am-6pm, £8.95
🗓 Saturday 17th: 10am-6pm, £8.95
🗓 Sunday 18th: 10am-4pm, £8.95

200+ selected independent makers. Ceramics, textiles, jewellery, print, wood, glass. Christmas shopping sorted, four days, one roof.

Calling all independent wedding suppliers 💍

Our Wedding Fair returns to Victoria Baths on Saturday 13th March 2027. It'll be bigger and bolder, and it's packed with quirky, creative and one-of-a-kind businesses.

This year we're welcoming couples at every stage of their planning journey. There's also a complimentary networking breakfast and industry talk for all our suppliers.

The final Welcome Tuesday of 2026 🍂💚

Today is the last one. From today, the doors close for the winter season.

Across five months, we've shared this building with thousands of you. First-time visitors, regulars, kids on school holidays, architecture buffs, quiet-hour seekers, tour groups, tea drinkers.

Thank you. Every one of you helps keep Victoria Baths going.

This Sunday: choral music that flows like water 🎶

bring Drop Drop to Victoria Baths, a choral exploration of our relationship with water performed in and around the Gala Pool. Watch from a bird's-eye view on the balcony as the choir moves through the space, weaving music from Hildegard von Bingen to Eric Whitacre to a brand new Kantos-commissioned work.

Two Welcome Tuesdays left 🍂

After a wild weekend of Wing Fest, we're back to the quieter side of Victoria Baths. Doors open from 11 til 3 today, doors open again next Tuesday (29th), and then that's it for 2026.

Wing Fest opens at Victoria Baths. Friday evening session runs 5pm til 10.30pm (over 18s only).

Busy week ahead at Victoria Baths. Today we're open as usual for anyone who wants a wander, a cup of tea, or the 1pm tour. From Friday, we're handing the building over to 100,000 chicken wings.
